If you submit a CV or any other personal details ("Information"), you agree that we may store and distribute it worldwide in accordance with this Notice;

We do not act as an employment service, but merely as a conduit for information to flow between employers and candidates, so we are not responsible for ensuring the accuracy of anything advertised or otherwise communicated by employers;
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a direct or indirect consequence of using this site or services, however caused (including by negligence) except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
